Time Warner Cable Presents: 3rd Annual OktoberFamilyFest The third annual Oktober Family Fest, presented by: Time Warner Cable KC, will be held Saturday, October 8, 2011. This family-oriented event will run from 11am to 10pm and will be held at 12411 Wornall Ave., just south of Avila University.
