Seventy-five years of quality. When Robert Boyle founded the company in 1932, it was with one thought in mind: to provide the very finest quality Midwest-grown beef to his customers. Nothing less was acceptable. Even though Robert Boyle is no longer with us, Don Wendl, owner of Boyle's, is keeping with the tradition and hoping to have another great seventy-five years of serving you, the customer.
The vision remains the same at Boyle's. Our Corned Beef Briskets are trimmed, leaving just enough fat to bring out the flavor. We still have our special bend of spices unique only to Boyle’s Corned Beef. Our Turkey Legs and Briskets are smoked to perfection. We will put our Corned Beef Hash up against anyone's.Control is the key to Boyle's quality processing operations. It starts with the selection of meat. Only choice quality cuts from the best steers meet Boyle's exacting standards. Every step in production is carefully guided for exact temperature control and spotless cleanliness.
Processing begins at the head of the boning and trimming table. Trimming is done to careful specifications, assuring maximum yield.
Curing, which started at Boyle's as an art, has become a science. Manual methods have been replaced with sophisticated mechanical cure injectors.
Slow cooking and smoking in our computer-controlled state-of-the-art Alkar ovens brings out all the flavor of our fine choice meats.
All products, whether fresh, cooked and/or smoked, are vacuum-packed and sealed in clear plastic film.
Through every step of production, Boyle's combines advanced equipment with master workmanship to prepare the finest processed meats on the market.
